Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
   Except in exceptional circumstances formally recognized by the Organization, no refunds will be issued for registration fees or participation in Les Terres d’Igavene events.

2. Transfer of Participation
   In the event a participant cannot attend, the standard remedy is to transfer the participant’s registration to a future event, subject to availability and the Organization’s established procedures.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
   Any refund request based on exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing. The Organization retains sole discretion to evaluate, approve, or deny such requests, without any obligation to provide further justification.

4. Final Decision
   All decisions made by the Organization regarding refunds or transfers are final and not subject to appeal
